Taiwan has won the bronze medal in the men’s badminton event at the Asian Games. The win on Monday marks the country’s first ever medal in that category at the Asian Games.
Meanwhile, martial artist Hsu Kai-kuei won the bronze medal in the men’s nanquan category. Also on day three of the competition, Taiwan’s baseball team defeated Hong Kong 12-0 in the preliminary round of the competition.
The Asian Games are under way in Incheon, South Korea; they will last through October 4.
