Taiwan shares close up 0.33%

Shares in Taiwan moved higher Monday to return to the 9,000 point-mark. The rebound was led by high-tech companies in Apple's supply chain.

The weighted index on the Taiwan Stock Exchange closed up 30.1 points, or 0.33 percent, at 9,004.86.
