A small group of several hundred protesters gathered on Sunday at the Taipei train station; they were wearing white instead of black, and had a very different message from the much larger group of protesters in front of the Presidential Office Building.
This smaller group of protesters was calling on the students who are occupying the legislature to return to their homes, and to return the legislature to the people.
Many of the protesters that are calling for an end to the legislature occupation are in favor of the trade in services agreement with China. Others say that they just want peace and stability in Taiwan’s society.
