Shares in Taiwan closed in consolidation mode Tuesday. The bellwether electronics sector pulled back as investors locked in gains they built a session earlier with large-cap stocks.
Taiwan shares closed down 17.85 points, or 0.19 percent, at 9,268.43 Tuesday.
