The third annual World Music Festival kicked off at Taipei’s Dajia Riverside Park on Friday. The three-day event is meant to encourage cultural exchange in Taiwan.
The festival will feature over 20 performances by musicians from Canada, Japan, India, Latvia, Spain, and Mexico, as well as performers from Taiwan. 90% of the groups from overseas are coming to Taiwan for the first time.
