For nine years, a Taiwanese airline has been making calendars featuring pictures of its flight attendants to raise funds for charity. This year, the calendar is also showcasing some of the beauty of rural Taiwan.
Fourteen flight attendants have chosen a township in Yunlin County as the backdrop for an annual flight attendant calendar. They have worked with the local farmers and used their warehouses and fields to pose for the pictures.
The fourteen models have taken photos with local produce such as star fruit, bananas, rice, garlic cloves, and sugarcane.
These flight attendants are more than just models- they also serve as the photographers, makeup artists, and designers for the calendar project. Part of the proceeds from the sale of their calendars will go to the Child Welfare League Foundation, a group that helps abandoned children.
