The Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) has announced a new plan to help breakfast shops across Taiwan reduce cooking fumes.
EPA officials said on Friday they will select 100 breakfast shops across Taiwan to provide technical guidance to. The EPA will provide consultation to the shops, and propose measures to make sure exhaust fumes are minimized.
EPA officials said their goal is to improve the air quality and environment around Taiwan.
