Taiwan has reported three new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 376.

Health Minister Chen Shih-chung, who is also the head of the Central Epidemic Command Center, said on Tuesday all three cases are imported ones.

The three new cases are all in their 20s. One returned from the UK in late March, the other two went back to Taiwan around the same time from France and the United States.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak emerged last December, Taiwan has reported 376 confirmed infections. Of them, there are 5 fatalities and 61 patients have recovered and have been released from the hospital. The rest of them are being treated in hospital isolation wards.
