Taiwan saw three new COVID-19 cases confirmed on Sunday, bringing the total number of cases to 388.  Two of them were imported cases and one was domestic.

The domestic case is an over 20-year-old man who is a roommate of case 195 who was infected in the US. He was listed as a contact and underwent home isolation after case 195 was confirmed to have COVID-19.

Of the two new imported cases, case 387 is an over 40-year-old man who had visited the US. He was tested at the airport upon his return on April 10 and confirmed with COVID-19 on April 12. Case 388 is the wife of case 358. She traveled to the UK with her husband and experienced symptoms during home quarantine after returning to Taiwan.

Of the confirmed cases, there have been 6 deaths, and 109 patients have recovered while the remainder remain hospitalized in isolation.
