The Taipei International Film Festival has released a trailer for this year's event with the catchphrase: "No one can stop me from watching movies!"
The ad features Taiwanese actress Annie Chen, who is the ambassador for this year's festival. She plays the part of a special agent who has to fight off a bunch of bad guys just so she can go watch a movie.
The phrase "no one can stop me from watching movies" also makes sense, if you consider how difficult it is for most people in the world to see a movie right now. Theaters are still open in Taiwan, but movie-goers have to wear a mask at all times.
The Taipei International Film Festival is still scheduled to be held from June 25 through July 11, but there have been some changes. A major outdoor screening scheduled for early June has been cancelled, and the festival will no longer be inviting guests and judges from overseas to visit Taipei for the festival.
