National Taiwan University's College of Public Health cancelled its report on a mass testing program that it conducted in Changhua County in Central Taiwan.
The College of Public Health partnered with the Changhua County Government last month to carry out 10,000 COVID-19 antibody tests. Initially, COVID-19 antibodies were found in a few program participants, drawing attention to what the final result would be.
A full report on the program was originally scheduled for August 25, but it was then suddenly cancelled. Former head of NTU College of Public Health, Chan Chang-chuan, says that the completion of the report is behind schedule.
The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) says that Commander Chen Shih-chung wants to publicize the report findings. Chen says that, unless there is a clear reason why the findings can’t be announced, people deserve to know the results.
