Taiwan recorded zero new COVID-19 cases on Monday, marking the third day in a row without any new cases. The announcement came during a Central Epidemic Command Center briefing on Monday afternoon.
During the briefing, Health Minister Chen Shih-chung said that Taoyuan General Hospital will resume operations on February 19, after services were heavily restricted in response to a community outbreak there last month.
Chen said only six people connected to the cluster infection at Taoyuan General Hospital are still in isolation. Two will be released from isolation on February 19, while four others will be released on February 23.
