Taiwan reported 185 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, all domestic infections. Health Minister Chen Shih-chung says that the numbers appear to be falling in the Greater Taipei area.
The addition of 15 more deaths from the virus brings the death toll from the beginning of the pandemic to 452. The deceased include nine men and six women, with the youngest in her fifties.
Of the 185 new local cases announced on Monday, 83 were men and 102 were women. They began experiencing symptoms between May 28 and June 13.

As for the source of the 45 cases outside of Greater Taipei announced on Monday, a specific source of transmission is known for 37 cases, the source is unknown for five, and three cases are still under investigation.
The Central Epidemic Command Center says that more than half of the 11,547 cases reported between May 11 and June 12 have already been released from quarantine.
