Taiwan reported 60 domestic cases of COVID-19 on Monday. There were no imported cases. Monday’s numbers mark the lowest number of new cases reported in a single day in Taiwan since the current outbreak surged on May 15.
The addition of three more deaths from the virus brings the death toll from the beginning of the pandemic to 635. The deceased include two men and one woman between ages 70 and 100.
Of the 60 new local cases announced on Monday, 26 were men and 34 were women. They began experiencing symptoms between June 19 and June 27.

Health authorities know sources for 32 of the 60 cases reported on Monday, while another 25 are still under investigation. The source of three of the new cases is unknown.
