Radio Taiwan International is celebrating its 93rd anniversary with a contest for its listeners. As the COVID-19 pandemic has made it hard to travel, RTI wants to bring the world to its airwaves.
RTI is holding a contest called Sounds that Move: Travel with Sound Postcards. It is inviting listeners from around the world and in Taiwan to record a sound that moves - such as those from a car or a train station - and pair it with photos and a written description.
Participants will be in for a chance to win a prize of US$90, plus a special RTI souvenir. The contest will run from August 1 through the end of September. For more information, visit RTI’s website at d3fettvgndil9.cloudfront.net.
