Taiwan reported seven new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday. That includes three new domestic cases and four imported cases.
There were also two more deaths, and the deceased had pre-existing health conditions.

Only one of the domestic cases was a person not in quarantine.
Taiwan also recorded four imported cases on Saturday. They include travelers from Indonesia, Russia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Taiwan has seen a total of 15,843 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 821 deaths. Of those who got COVID-19 from May 11 to August 12, 90.2% have recovered.
