Taiwan reported no new local cases of COVID-19 on Monday. However, Taiwan did report nine more imported cases among people arriving in the country. There were no deaths reported.
The nine imported cases of COVID-19 reported on Monday include travelers from Indonesia, the United States, Germany, and Saint Kitts and Nevis. They landed in Taiwan between October 30 and November 13.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Taiwan has reported a total of 16,496 cases of COVID-19. That includes 1,852 imported cases and 14,590 domestic cases. Taiwan has also reported a total of 848 deaths from COVID-19.
