Taiwan reported no new locally-transmitted COVID-19 cases or related deaths on Wednesday. However, the country tallied five more imported cases among people arriving in Taiwan.
Taiwan’s current total caseload stands at 16,503 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 848 related deaths.
The five imported cases of COVID-19 are four men and one woman ranging between the ages of 20 to 50. They include travelers from Lithuania, Indonesia, and India.
