Taiwan reported no new local cases of COVID-19 on Monday. However, authorities did report three more imported cases among people arriving in Taiwan. There were no deaths reported.
The three imported cases of COVID-19 reported on Monday include travelers from Malaysia, Indonesia and Germany.
As for Taiwan’s latest vaccination statistics, health authorities say a total of 227,103 people received a vaccine dose over the weekend. Central Epidemic Command Center spokesperson Chuang Jen-hsiang says 77.04% of the population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Chuang says 47.77% of the population is now fully vaccinated.
