Taiwan reported no new local cases of COVID-19 on Monday. That means it has been 32 days since Taiwan last detected a local case of the disease. However, authorities did report 10 more imported cases among people arriving in Taiwan. There were no deaths reported.
The 10 imported cases of COVID-19 on Monday include travelers from Thailand, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Nicaragua.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Taiwan has reported a total of 16,662 cases of COVID-19. That includes 2,018 imported cases and 14,590 domestic cases. Taiwan has also reported a total of 848 deaths from COVID-19.
