Taiwan reported zero new local cases or deaths related to COVID-19 on Tuesday. However, the country reported 21 more imported cases among people arriving in Taiwan.
The 21 imported cases that Taiwan recorded on Tuesday include travelers from Belize, the US, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Taiwan has reported a total of 16,683 cases of COVID-19. That includes 2,039 imported cases and 14,590 domestic cases. Taiwan has also reported a total of 848 deaths from COVID-19.
