Taiwan on Tuesday saw 26 domestic COVID-19 cases, 22 imported, and no new deaths from the virus.
Health authorities said that of the new domestic cases, 22 were linked to previous clusters, and all of them tested positive in quarantine.
The remaining four cases were a family of four in New Taipei's Banqiao District whose source of infection was still unknown.
Sixteen of the new cases had received two COVID-19 vaccine doses, three had received one vaccine dose, and six of them, who are all under the age of 10, had not been vaccinated.
Taiwan has seen a total of 19,239 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 851 related deaths. The cases include 3,957 imported and 15,288 domestic cases .
