Ukraine's Defense Ministry has thanked 52 countries for their support, including Taiwan. The ministry shared its gratitude via Twitter on Sunday and shared a video of the national flags of countries that have helped Ukraine during the war.
The video also thanked volunteers, world leaders and celebrities for standing with Ukraine. The ministry praised everyone who has protested against the Russian invasion and said they all share Ukraine’s victories.
Russia's invasion of Ukraine is the largest conventional conflict in Europe since World War II. Ukraine’s armed forces commander Valeriy Zaluzhny says he predicts a new wave of Russian attacks against Kyiv may begin in the first few months of 2023.
