Taiwan is leading the way in a new green technology – floating solar power plants. RTI reporter Carl Thelin speaks with Vivi Lee, a manager at a French company that has been building floating solar power plants in Taiwan for the last several years. Lee explains the geological challenges Taiwan faces in building solar panels and how their innovative systems are capable of generating electricity for tens of thousands of households.
