Chinese military activity continues around Taiwan with a military aircraft crossing the median line of the Taiwan Strait. The Defense Ministry reported on Wednesday that a Chinese military aircraft entered Taiwan’s southwestern air defense identification zone (ADIZ).
The ministry added that the aircraft was one of four Chinese military aircraft and four naval vessels detected around Taiwan. Chinese military activity was monitored from 6 a.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. this morning.
The ministry stated that air and naval patrols were deployed with land-based missile systems to respond to the activities.
