“Tng Tshing Tshun” (當青春), or “the epitome of youth,” is the theme of this year’s Grasstraw Festival taking place at the National Radio Museum in Minxiong, Chiayi. Hosted by Radio Taiwan International and multiple artists, the Grasstraw Festival welcomes the public to explore the museum and enjoy cultural dialogue in the form of workshops, cinema performances, and interactive podcasts. The “Rti X Tng Tshing Tshun” podcast invites visitors to curate a podcast that documents their unique memories of youth at the age of 16 in different ways and voices.
Rti’s head of the Cultural Assets Division Kuo Jung-che (郭榮哲) says that the podcast curation activity is designed to make the museum visit both educational and entertaining and that everyone is welcome to record their personal podcast at the museum.
More information about the Grasstraw Festival, open from March 15 to March 24, can be found on the Facebook page. The Rti X Tng Tshing Tshun podcast is accessible on the Radio Taiwan International website under podcasts, or on most major podcast platforms.
