Premier-designate Cho Jung-tai (卓榮泰) announced a second round of cabinet appointments Friday. Cho says he wants his team to find new solutions to old problems, good solutions to new problems, and uphold a spirit of confidence, sincerity, diligence, and caution to bring peace of mind to the public.
Speaking about his appointment picks, Cho says that they all have a wealth of professional experience, as well as being progressive and forward-minded. He also described these new members as reliable, and confident about the future. Cho hopes that this new cabinet will build on the accomplishments of the current government to find new solutions to older problems.
Sincere communication and people-first are the core tenets of Chou’s cabinet, embodied by the principles of confidence, sincerity, diligence, and caution. Chou hopes that the active and innovative Cabinet can bring more peace of mind to the public, as well as trust in those taking office. His cabinet will continue to uphold high standards and work hard for the people of Taiwan.
