New innovative "connected planting troughs" give Dahu strawberry farmers the berry best solution.
Video script:
Dahu strawberry farmers have long struggled to find solutions to combat weather and pests to protect their produce. Traditional soil planting often leads to plant decay due to problems with temperature and humidity control, especially during rain or extreme heat. Elevated iron-frame systems, on the other hand, are effective but costly.
Now, a new method using "connected planting troughs" has been developed. These elevated portable troughs incorporate vents to allow heat to dissipate and have drainage holes at the bottom to ensure proper water flow. These new troughs are a third of the cost of iron frames and boost yields by 1.6 times.
One strawberry farmer says that due to the innovations, they are no longer at the mercy of the weather. One can even say that Dahu’s farmers are planting the seeds of a berry bright future!
