Taiwanese cyclist Chang Yao has won yet another medal for Taiwan at the Asian Cycling Championships, which are under way in Thailand. Chang’s win on Wednesday put her total medal count for the event at three golds and two silvers.
The 35th Asian Cycling Championships are being held alongside the 22nd Asia Junior Cycling Championships until February 14.
Taiwan has a 28-member delegation participating in the event. Many of the cyclists are hoping their performance at the games can qualify them for the Rio Summer Olympics in 2016.
Cyclists from Taiwan have so far grabbed 9 gold, 4 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
