Shares in Taiwan bounced back Thursday as bargain hunters turned active, taking advantage of the relatively low valuation of large-cap stocks after a recent sell-off by foreign institutional investors.
The weighted index closed up 92.66 points, or 0.97%, at 9,600.32.
