American action movie star Vin Diesel recently posted a picture with award-winning Taiwanese director Ang Lee on Instagram. In a message accompanying the picture, he said he is “honored to have the experience” of acting in Lee’s latest production and expressed his great admiration for the director.
Diesel had previously starred in the action film franchise “The Fast and Furious”. He is now acting in Lee’s Iraq War drama “Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk”. Filming began in April and is now taking place in Morocco.
