The April issue of Air France’s inflight magazine features an article about Taiwanese cuisine.
The 14-page article was written by the renowned journalist Francois Simon, who is also a food critic for Le Figaro.
In February, Simon and another photographer visited Taiwan to cover the story.
The article introduces coffee shops, tea shops, night markets, herbal Chinese medicine stores and traditional Taiwanese breakfasts. It also says Taipei has traditional Chinese and Japanese characteristics but is ultramodern at the same time.
