Taiwan’s foreign minister David Lin said on Monday that Taiwan hopes Abe keeps in minds relations with neighboring countries in his speech. "We hope that Japan can understand the specialness of this year. This is the 70th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan," Lin said.
