A number of Taiwanese businesses are going to take part in the 13th annual Vietnam Expo in early December. The exhibition will begin on Wednesday, December 2-5.
The event organizer held a press conference in the Vietnamese city of Hanoi on Tuesday. The organizer pointed out Taiwan’s foreign trade association (TAITRA) will be exhibiting at the Vietnam Expo for the third time. TAITRA will set up a Taiwan Excellence area to showcase Taiwanese products like high resolution video conference systems, touch panels, and dual-core CPUs.
TAITRA representative Tang Ming Hui said the association is bringing a greater diversity of products to this year’s expo in order to introduce Taiwanese products to the Vietnamese market and open up more business opportunities.
The organizer said that this year’s expo will bring together 320 businesses from 20 countries. The exhibition is expected to attract about 20,000 visitors.
