The Tourism Bureau has organized a group of 55 businesses to represent Taiwan at the 2016 MATTA Fair, a travel fair in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The businesses will exhibit together in a Taiwan pavilion as part of the Tourism Bureau’s efforts to attract more Malaysian tourists to Taiwan. The pavilion will focus on hotels, theme parks, leisure farms, and delicious Taiwanese souvenirs.
On Wednesday, Taiwan’s representative office in Malaysia held a workshop bringing the exhibitors together with local Malaysian travel agencies. The exhibitors hope to provide Malaysian travelers with quality travel opportunities in Taiwan. The 2016 MATTA Fair will run from March 11-13.
