Shares in Taiwan staged a technical rebound Wednesday from a slump seen a session earlier, as buying largely focused on heavyweights in the bellwether electronics sector.
Taiwan shares closed up 87.96 points, or 1.02 percent, at 8,699.14 on Wednesday.
