Shares in Taiwan staged a mild technical rebound Tuesday, after the weighted index had fallen for eight sessions in a row amid fears that foreign institutional investors will move more funds out of the region.
Taiwan shares went up 24.46 points, or 0.30 percent, to close at 8,156.29.
