The first still from Taiwanese American director Ang Lee’s latest movie, Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk, was revealed on Wednesday.

The modern wartime drama is set to debut in November. It is based on a bestselling novel about a 19-year old soldier who made his way home to become a hero after fighting in Iraq.

For the first time, Lee used a new 3D technique of showing 120 frames per second. That’s five times the standard for most Hollywood movies.

The film stars Joe Alwyn in the title role, with a supporting cast including Kristen Stewart, Vin Diesel, Steve Martin and Chris Tucker.

Lee, who was born in Taiwan, has won two best director Oscars for his films Life of Pi and Brokeback Mountain.
