Taiwan is named the fourth most intelligent country in the world by US-based media company Gazette Review.
The review said that Taiwan is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. It is also one of the smartest in the world. Taiwanese students’ test scores rank fourth in the world, in a tie with Japan.
The review said that Taiwan is also renowned for its advances in technology as well as dedication to its public education system. Many Taiwanese young people are bilingual because one of Taiwan’s biggest trading partners is the United States. Most of them work hard to hone their English skills in hopes of better career prospects. Taiwan is also fourth in the world in terms of its average IQ which is 104.
The first five countries on the most intelligent countries list are in Asia. Hong Kong came in first, followed by South Korea and Japan, and Singapore is fifth after Taiwan.
