Taiwan’s gas and diesel prices are set to rise again this week. The new prices will go into effect at midnight on Sunday, moving into Monday morning.
The state-run oil company, CPC Corporation, Taiwan, has announced that prices will go up by NT$1.1 per liter for both gas and diesel (that’s about US$0.03).
The new prices per liter will be: for super diesel, NT$20.8; for 92 octane unleaded, NT$23.3; for 95 octane unleaded, NT$24.8; and for 98 octane unleaded, NT$26.8 per liter.
The local price increases follow an increase in international crude oil prices.
