Taiwan is promoting its major tourist attractions on San Francisco’s buses and cable cars.
Starting in June, hundreds of public buses and San Francisco’s renowned cable cars have begun featuring advertisements for Taiwan’s popular tourist spots. Tourists to the Californian city cannot miss them when taking the cable cars to the famous Fisherman’s Wharf or Union Square.
Some of the ads have sunset views of Sun Moon Lake, while others feature Taroko Gorge, Taiwan’s bustling night markets, the Taipei 101 skyscraper and the elegant National Concert Hall.
