The crew for a Chinese reality TV show is coming to Taiwan to look for shooting locations.
The series “Perhaps Love” follows in the footsteps of two reality shows on Zhejiang TV: “First Time in Life” and “Dad is Back”, which show celebrity parents’ children left to run errands on their own or celebrity dads babysitting their kids. Those programs arranged their Taiwan shoots with the help of the Taiwan Strait Tourism Association’s Shanghai branch office.
Now a series on Hubei TV featuring the love life of celebrities, is planning to follow suit. The crew for “Perhaps Love” will be in Taiwan for two days on a scouting trip that will take them to Taipei and the scenic Wushih Bay in the northeastern county of Yilan.
Tourism officials say it will be an opportunity to show the romantic side of Taiwan to television audiences in China.
