This is the prologue episode of the program “The Reader” by Lenny. It is designed as a sonic scarp-book of readings, sound canvas mark up, and found audio-objects. Accordingly, a reading of life, and the reading of beauty. Lenny has over the years as a documentarian, collected and recorded a huge archive of human dialogues, monologue, memoirs and natural noises. This is a program via which he is sharing all to all. The archive of one’s life is a miniature of the life at large. As Lenny sees it, so it has all the virtues and mediocrities to form the totality of beauty, as it exists. This episode contains two readings excerpts from Melkom Z and Kerouac, two scribblers Lenny admires, with a song from an Oslo songster.
